Electronics — 1-Year Limited Warranty
AirCore and DustAway are covered against manufacturing defects under normal household use for 12 months from the delivery date. If a covered defect appears within this period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Accessories — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
DetailPro Kit and other accessory items are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the delivery date.
How to Start a Claim
- Go to our Contact page and send us a message.
- Include your order number and a short description of the issue. A photo or short video helps if the product arrived damaged or stopped working.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and follow up with next steps.
What Happens Next
Once your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item, at our discretion. If neither option is available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
What Isn't Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Claims submitted without proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
